HYPED to welcome Cairngorm Coffee from Edinburgh Scotland to this months roaster showcase.
This washed Colombia is a freakin super tasty brew. It tastes like orange marmalade, or strawberry fruitiness and has a red apple acidity. RAD!
La Argentina is a part of the farmer collective Cedro Alto who offer a large array of benefits to small scale farmers. This coffee has encountered a rather complex fermentation; first a 35-hour anaerobic in cherry, followed by a 36-hour semi anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks. This coffee is from the Huila region and is a typica and gesha varietal.
