NEW RELEASE! 📼

Hyped to be bringing back some real tasty Rwanda lots this year, and when I’m pulling in Rwandan lots, I’m always looking at the Gitwe. This honey process red bourbon is giving me a caramel mouthfeel with white melon medium acidity. A clean & bright Rwanda showcase. Rwanda is blessed with ideal coffee growing conditions that include high altitude, regular rainfall, volcanic soils with good organic structure. I’m hyped to showcase this coffee!

In the brew I'm getting:

white melon, caramel, orange, and my taste markers are clean and sweet!

**Sourced through the legends at Falcon. Perhaps the station with the most revered coffees of all our Rwandan speciality lots, Gitwe is in fact the smallest washing station of all RTC’s stations in the Western Province. Covering an area of less than 1 hectare, Gitwe is blessed with being situated at the top of a mountain valley at almost 2000 metres. Just 3km from Gatare and near to the town of Kamina in the Karambi sector, Gitwe is the name of the land on which the station is built. Healthy coffee trees and tropical fruit line the trail down to the station from the road above.Coffee grown in this area has unique flavour profile – silky smooth and well–balanced, with an excellent full body.

All Process coffees are sold as 200g

**Roasted on Tuesdays, ships on Thursdays 🤙
