WLDHRT - Guji Ethiopia

 Wildheart are a roastery I have been working closely alongside for a while now and have been assisting in some of their qc on new coffees. 
This Guji Ethiopia is one of the coffees that got me hyped straight away! 

A true Ethiopia from a pretty high altitude, this washed coffee is delicate with a white/green grape note, honey mouthfeel and a jasmine esc florality!
