Starting the year off with a tasty one from Carlos. 

This natural castillo from Carlos Arcila, owner of Castellon farm in Quindio, is a hiiiiiigh quality coffee that has turned into our daily drinker. As a filter brew I'm getting 80% cacao, and bright raspberries. On espresso!.......we are tasting black forest gateau.
