SHIPPING COST

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on size, weight and address. We will always try to keep this as low as possible working with the best postal companies. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

YUP we ship outside UK! The cost is calculated in checkout. If your country isn't available to delivery to through the checkout hit us up at sup@process.coffee and we'll try to work something out.

CUSTOMS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Process cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Process, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Process. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

SHIPPING TIME

If you are in the UK your order will be shipped within 3 working days, then will arrive usually 2 days after with 1st Class Royal Mail postage. It'll roughly take 5-7 working days, sometimes sooner!

For international orders it can take longer depending on where you are in the world.

If your order delivery is delayed in transit, you will need to allow 14 working days from dispatch of your order for it to arrive. After this time has elapsed, we will then be able to lodge a missing order ticket and issue a refund or replacement order.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Retail coffee and gift cards are unfortunately not eligible for refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at processthebrand@gmail.com. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item contact us first at processthebrand@gmail.com and then send your item to: 200b Connsbrook Avenue, Belfast, bt41jz, United Kingdom. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
