DR CONGO - Majirane

DRC has been an origin we have kept checking in on for something that fits into the Process offer list. We spotted this regional washed lot when bringing in a few components for our Bridges Blend. After roasting it and putting it on the cupping table, we all agreed it was a coffee we would want a fresh pot of every morning. A daily driver if ever there was one.
