Super hyped to introduce you to a beaut washed Peru that we have profiled and got ready to brew for you. This Peru has been performing amazing for me over the last few weeks of brewing and testing, and you may have found it being showcased through some of our wholesale partners already.

Produced by smallholder farms around Perla Mayo in the region of Cajamarca, Peru, this coffee is the super tasty result of the location, the farms, and their practices.

In the cup I'm getting: Pear, Mandarin, brown sugar, and it has a caramel mouthfeel

Varietal - Caturra, Bourbon // region - Cajamarca

In the brew I'm getting:

Pear & mandarin, brown sugar, and my taste markers are caramel & clean!
