Varietal - Red Bourbon // Process- Anoxic Pillow Washed // Region - Izuba washing station, Kayanza, Burundi // Producer - Smallholders // 1,500 – 1,700 MASL

In the brew I'm getting: Papaya, Pear & Elderflower.

Taste markers are: Bright, Sweet & Floral
