So so hyped to release a new coffee to you, and my first showcase of this rad producer. It only felt right that this super special coffee was the first release to reveal the new limited edition white cassette. (Another one for you all to collect and add to the shelf)
This Caturra lot was produced at Finca El Placer. It's a natural & anaerobically processed coffee, with the main anaerobic phase lasting 200hrs. After harvesting the cherries are rolled in plastic bags kind of like a burrito, so the processing method was given it's taco roll name by Sebastian. 'What's in a name' right?...... haha.
In the brew I'm getting: Cherry, Chocolate lime sweets, rose, papaya, and my taste markers are rich & sparkling.
