La Esmeralda sits high in Buenavista, Quindío, where Cesar Buesaquillo and his family are steadily shaping a farm built on clarity and craft. At 1800 masl, they’ve pushed into Gesha and Pink Bourbon, refining their approach to farming and post‑harvest work with one aim: quality, every time.

Cesar, María, and Kevin run every part of the operation themselves — a small, focused team dialled into the rhythms of their land and the character it gives their coffees.

In the cup, this Colombia Yellow Gesha (Natural) lands with lemon tea brightness, manuka honey sweetness, and a soft caramel finish — delicate, clean, and unmistakably La Esmeralda.
