
Gesha - Castellon 100g - LIMITED

I'm sure you know this producer by now. Carlos Arcila, owner of the Castellon farm has been producing some bangers for a goooood while now. When he bought Castellon 32 years ago, he wanted to restore the soil and the historical elements of the farm. He started planting native trees and flowers and was able to revive the natural spring. He also planted beautiful flowers such as Heliconia, Romelia and native trees such as Guamo, and Nogales among others. Now, Castellon is an insane coffee farm with a host of gesha, tracing the footpaths and surrounded by native trees.
This coffee that we've selected is a natural anaerobic gesha, which has been processed to enhance the inherent florality of the varietal, while boosting the sweetness to an almost candy like mouthfeel.
In the brew I'm getting:
Candy cherry, chamomile florals, rose syrup, rum, and my taste markers are sweet and complex
