Another special release from the homie LAC :) After showcasing a uniquely processed ombligon from Nestor Lasso this time last year, I was very keen to experience Luis’ take on the varietal and with his focus on ‘clean and bright’ in processing, this natural ombligon was a must. In the cup I’m getting a winey note like a dessert wine, and this is met with a umami and chocolate note, and glacier cherry mouthfeel.
